Provide a brief paragraph describing the activities undertaken to complete the star requirements. Be sure to address the following questions: What is your hospital’s method for labeling cafeteria offerings? Please include information on the basis of the program guidelines and the way your hospital has made the labeling is available to patrons. Also describe the reason for the method chosen. How will your hospital ensure nutritional information will continue to be offered in 2 - 3 or more years from now?

  3. Attach a photograph of the signage in the cafeteria
